W Mexico City

The location is simply great, in the center of Polanco, the stuff was absolutely lovely, the rooftop bar is really nice, and the room was very spacious. They have free snacks in the lift areas which is incredible nice. Our driver Enrique was absolutely amazing, we recommend him completely. The hotel can book him for you, he can be your tour guide and be your driver around Mexico, he was great to us.

This is probably the best hotel in Mexico City. Why? the helpfulness, professionalism and friendliness of the staff is outstanding. The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Polanco. the rooms are great. Big, comfortable and contemporary.

A very well done, very comfortable hotel! Easy to do, easy to handle, incredible people and service, plus the location is out of this world … in the best part of CDMX; Polanco, Lincoln Park and Masaryk Avenue. My room was just amazing: Ultra full Mini-Bar, closet, sound system, very fast wi-fi, one-touch air conditioning, size, sink and WC just great, the view … wow.

The location was great and all of the food was over the top delicious. Overall it was a smooth stay and I would return.

Very convenient safe location. Lovely staff. Nice quality bathroom products. Great airport pick up and drop off service. Coffee machine. Comfortable bed.
